- Timing: Requested delivery dates/times are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing by us. Peak holidays may impact timing.
7) Substitutions
Because flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to market availability, substitutions may be necessary. We take care to maintain the overall style, theme, and color palette, and to substitute items of equal or greater value. Keepsake containers or specialty items may also be substituted due to availability, especially during major holidays. For single-flower designs (for example, all-rose arrangements or orchids), we will attempt to match the flower type and may substitute the color if needed.
8) Personalized Messages and Special Instructions
You are responsible for the content of any card message, note, personalization, and special instructions you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We may refuse or edit messages in our discretion where required to comply with law or third-party platform constraints.
9) Teleflora and Third-Party Fulfillment
Some online orders may be facilitated through Teleflora’s ordering network or other third-party platforms.
In such cases, order details necessary to fulfill the delivery (such as recipient address, card message, and arrangement details) may be shared with Teleflora and/or a fulfilling florist or delivery partner. Additional third-party terms and policies may apply to those orders, and delivery execution may be performed by a third party.
